The personal data collected (cookie identifier) is kept by LVSH for a period of 13 months. They are not transferred to third parties or used for other purposes.

Prior to any dispute before the state courts, the parties to the present GCU undertake to use all necessary means to reach an amicable settlement of the dispute. Failing this, all disputes arising from the use of the website which cannot be settled amicably between the parties will be submitted to the Courts of ROUEN (76 – FRANCE) and will be subject to French domestic law. Any reproduction, use or modification of these Terms and Conditions of Use, whether fraudulent or not, and/or without the prior authorization of LVSH, may result in legal action by LVSH against the person concerned.
